We exist as a student ministry to partner with families in the proper discipleship of their students who will, in turn, make disciples wherever God may lead them.
FIRST TIME GUESTS
We love to have new guests come hang out with Glade Students! On Sundays and Wednesdays, our middle school gatherings are hosted in The District (down the hallway at the opposite end from the Worship Center). We'll make introductions and connections to other students and to leaders in Middle School ministry. Come join in the fun and get ready to study the Word of God!

MEET DAVID WATKINS
David Watkins is the Middle School Director at The Glade Church. David loves middle schoolers and builds relationships with them by having games and activities ready, as well as a readiness to share about the good news of Jesus Christ.
SUNDAY MORNINGS
Sunday mornings are one of our primary gathering times where we meet from 9:15 to 10:30 AM. Our meetings take place in The District where we begin with a group rally and announcements that pertain to Middle School Ministry. From there, students divid into grade level small groups of boys and girls. All of this is done in hopes of engaging your student in a healthy, safe, and thought-provoking environment.
We study The Gospel Project. A Christ-centered, chronological Bible study that takes our students on a three year journey through the storyline of Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation to see how Christ connects with all of Scripture. Along the way, students will discover the big picture of what God has been doing throughout redemptive history, and what it means for them.

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS
At 6:00 PM every Wednesday night during the school year, we host an on-campus worship service for Middle School students. The evening kicks off with hang-out time from 5:45 - 6:00, with games set up outside. At 6:00, students enter The District for a worship service geared toward them. The service wraps up at 7:15 and students are free to hang out until 7:45pm when they are picked up by their parents. We would love to have your student worship with us!

OCTOBER MISSIONS FOCUS
The Glade Church mission focus is Trunk or Treat - we look to host over a thousand people on our campus for candy, photo ops, and fun. Students can join in this mission focus and serve our community by decorating a trunk, greeting, or helping at the Special Needs respite tent.

FATHER-SON DISCIPLESHIP
These groups exist to glorify God through discipleship of our sons by modeling discipleship of our own. Fathers and mentors will do life together, grow together, and disciple their sons.

FALL RETREAT
This retreat will be rooted in the Word and our theme will focus on service and living with a missions mentality. We look forward to spending time with students out of their normal environment, away from their normal schedules and common distractions. We anticipate God speaking in a unique way through Fall Retreat!

Child dedication is such an important step in the life of a family. This important milestone is laying a foundation so that as a child grows older, we pray that they will have a personal relationship with Jesus.
We believe that parents are the primary faith influencers in the home, and this dedication service is an opportunity to publicly affirm that role of parents. During this service, parents commit to raising their children according to scriptural mandates. Parents promise to model Christian faith and principles as they raise their children. We hope this day is the beginning of a partnership between our church family and your family that leads to your child developing a personal relationship with Jesus.
